Imagine a life where you feel calm, balanced and at ease most of the time. Where nothing really bothers you and you feel light-hearted – even excited  about challenges. Imagine your relationships runnning smoothly, your finances flowing easily and your energy increasing daily.

I only purchased Katie’s 15 minutes reset audio a few days ago and I already cant do without it. The main reason for buying it was the fact I’ve been burning the candle at both ends for some time now which effects sleep. Our amazing human minds intellectualise everything we experience. This is a wonderful miracle of our evolution!

Yet we live each day acting upon & responding to our feelings.

We enjoy a holiday in the sun, we feel happy & relaxed. We sleep through our alarm, we feel annoyed, irritated, stressed, guilty, tired!

These feelings are triggered by our thought in response to the stimuli, but they are feelings nonetheless. Yet once we feel the feelings in our bodies, we return to our minds & wonder what those feelings mean. We ask questions, find reasons & create stories.

In short, we over-complicate!

What if we could simply allow the feelings & take from them the simple messages they carry – what our body needs in the moment – it might be sleep, rest, nutrition, exercise or healing.

The good news is we can do this & it really is more simple than we lead ourselves to believe.

Better still we can ensure we meet our own basic needs so our bodies don’t have to cry out for help.

Even better than that we can use in & use our emotions as a system to guide us through life.
